Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Trodomains (trading name of TROL LTD) (“Trodomains”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the Client (“you”, “your”). By accessing our website https://trodomains.uk or purchasing any Products or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the following meanings:
“Trodomains” means Trodomains, the trading name of TROL LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales.
“Client” means any individual, firm, company, or other organisation that purchases Products and/or Services from Trodomains.
“Proposal” means the written proposal, quotation, or statement of work issued by Trodomains setting out the Products and/or Services to be provided.
“Project” means the work to be carried out by Trodomains as specified in the Proposal once accepted by the Client.
“Initial Stage” means the stage at which the Project has been completed by Trodomains and submitted to the Client for review, feedback, and approval.
“Fee” means the total charges payable by the Client to Trodomains as set out in the Proposal.
“Agreement” means these Terms and Conditions together with the Proposal, which together constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
“Services” means consultancy and/or other services provided by Trodomains, including (without limitation) SEO, website hosting, and email services.
“Products” means websites, artwork, designs, digital assets, or other deliverables supplied by Trodomains under this Agreement.
“Deposit” means the agreed percentage of the Fee (typically between 33% and 50%) payable in advance prior to commencement of the Project.
“Rolling Contract” means a contract for Services with an initial term of twelve (12) months, which shall automatically renew for successive periods of twelve (12) months unless terminated by either party by giving written notice no later than 4:00 pm on the last working day of the eleventh (11th) month of the then-current term.
“Hosting Services” means website hosting services provided by Trodomains, whether directly or via a third-party hosting provider.
1.1 References to clauses are to clauses of these Terms and Conditions unless stated otherwise.
1.2 Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa.
1.3 Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
1.4 Where Hosting Services are provided, such services shall be supplied subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable hosting platform or third-party hosting provider, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

The applicable terms shall depend on the hosting platform used for the Client’s Services and shall apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
You are granted a temporary, non-exclusive license to download one copy of materials from our website for personal, non-commercial use.
Under this license, you may not:
· - Modify or copy the materials.
· - Use materials for commercial or public display.
· - Attempt to reverse engineer any software on our website.
· - Remove copyright or proprietary notices.
· - Transfer or “mirror” the materials on another server.
Trodomains may terminate this license at any time if these conditions are breached.
All materials on Trodomains’ website are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaim all liability regarding accuracy, reliability, or damages resulting from use or inability to use them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trodomains and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, revenue, or data).
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed £1 or the amount actually paid by you for Services in the month preceding the claim — whichever is greater.
Trodomains may update website content at any time without notice but does not guarantee the materials are current, accurate, or error-free.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content. Use of such links is at your own risk.
Trodomains may revise these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the current version.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Trodomains against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
· - Breach of these Terms.
· - Intellectual property infringement caused by Client-provided materials.
· - Delays outside our control.
Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, fire, or equipment breakdowns.
SEO services aim to improve ranking and traffic but no specific results are guaranteed.
· - Administrative charges for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO management are non-refundable.
· - SEO reports are provided every 4–6 months or upon request.
The Client must:
· - Provide required materials promptly.
· - Review work in a timely manner.
· - Adhere to agreed timeframes.
· - Give one month’s notice for cancellations.
· - Pay £75/hour for additional updates after 80% completion or if delays exceed one month.
Trodomains will:
· - Make reasonable efforts to meet deadlines.
· - Provide up to three design revisions.
· - Launch websites only after Client approval.
A 33%–50% deposit is required before work begins.
Payments are non-refundable once work has started (in part or in full).
Full payment is due within 60 days of project completion.
Hosting contracts are 12-month agreements and are non-refundable once renewed and activated.
Overdue accounts may result in suspension or referral to debt collection.
Subscriptions managed directly by customers at www.trodomains.co.uk cannot be cancelled by our Web Development Team. You must log in or contact 24/7 Support on 020 3014 1446 to review/cancel active services.
All intellectual property created by Trodomains remains our property until full payment is received. Use of our trademarks or logos is prohibited without written consent.
All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in UK courts.
Complaints must be submitted via email to info@trodomains.com with full details. Trodomains reserves the right to suspend access to services while a third-party claim is under review.
