1. Introduction

This Non-Refundable SEO Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms governing payments and refunds for Search Engine Optimization (“SEO”) services provided by Trodomains, a trading name of TROL LTD (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By engaging our services, the client (“you” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth in this Policy.

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

2. Nature of SEO Services

SEO is a long-term, strategy-based process involving ongoing research, implementation, and monitoring. Because SEO results depend on numerous external factors—such as search engine algorithms, competitor activity, and website changes—Trodomains does not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic levels, or performance outcomes.

3. Payment Terms

All SEO service fees must be paid as per the terms outlined in your agreement or invoice before work begins.

Payments may be structured as one-time fees, monthly retainers, or milestone-based payments, depending on the selected package.

Invoices are due by the specified date. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

All payments are made in GBP (£) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made to Trodomains for SEO services are strictly non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to, fees for strategy development, keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building, content creation, and consulting.

Once work has commenced or deliverables have been initiated, no refunds, reversals, or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances.

Early cancellation of services by the client does not entitle the client to a refund—full or partial—for payments already made.

5. Cancellation of Services

Clients wishing to cancel ongoing SEO services must provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice via email to info@trodomains.com

Cancellation halts future billing after the notice period but does not entitle the client to reimbursement for work already completed or currently in progress.

If a client fails to provide 30 days’ written notice and instead initiates a cancellation, chargeback, or payment dispute directly through their bank or payment provider after SEO work has been performed in part or in full, Trodomains reserves the right to contest such dispute and take reasonable protective measures to safeguard its business interests.

Such measures may include, but are not limited to, temporarily suspending or disabling the client’s website or hosted services until the disputed amount has been refunded and all outstanding balances are settled in full.

Services will be reinstated only once the dispute has been resolved and the client’s account is in good standing.

These measures are taken solely to protect the Company’s rights and to ensure fair compensation for services already delivered in accordance with UK consumer and commercial law.

6. Client Responsibilities

The success of SEO efforts depends on client cooperation and timely provision of necessary access and materials (e.g., website logins, hosting credentials, analytics data, content approval).

Delays or omissions caused by the client do not affect payment obligations or alter the non-refundable nature of the services.

Clients must ensure that all information provided to Trodomains is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of third parties.

7. Results Disclaimer

While Trodomains employs industry best practices and proven SEO strategies, search engine performance is never guaranteed.

Rankings, traffic, and visibility may fluctuate due to search engine updates or factors beyond our control. No specific outcomes are promised or implied.

Both parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution before pursuing any formal legal action.

Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights under the laws of England and Wales.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
